"I started HD Info Systems in 1996 as a consulting service for small businesses in the St. Louis metro area, and began serving individuals in 2003.  Every day I heard "horror stories" from customers who tried using the technical support provided by the hardware/software manufacturers or local electronics stores.  Competent technical support was available, but far too expensive for individuals or small businesses -- so I designed a no-nonsense national tech-support hotline, using the latest internet technology to connect experienced engineers directly to customers -- and in 2006, MS Assist was born."

All of our support engineers are Microsoft-certified (MCSA & MCSE) and have at least 5 years' experience.

Hours of Operation

Our support engineers set their own schedules, and someone may be on duty* at any time -- night or day, weekdays, weekends, or holidays...  but there will always be someone on duty during our official business hours:
Mon-Fri 9am-8:30pm  /  Sun 10am-5pm  /  by appointment 6am-11pm (7 days a week) CST

* If all on-duty engineers are assisting other customers, your call will be placed on hold.  After 5 minutes, if there is still nobody available, you'll be asked to leave a message.  We'll call you back as soon as possible!
