If you are using Microsoft Edge:
- A "TeamViewerQS.exe" box will appear in the lower-left corner of this window. Wait for the words "Open file" to appear in the box.
- Click [Open file. If you see a "Do you want to allow this software to make changes..." message, click [Yes].
- If you see a security/firewall warning, click [Allow], [Permit], or [Yes] (the exact wording may vary).
If you are using Google Chrome:
- A "TeamViewerQS.exe" box will appear in the lower-left corner of this window, with a countdown timer. Wait for it to finish.
- Click "TeamViewerQS.exe". If you see a "Do you want to allow this software to make changes..." message, click [Yes].
- If you see a security/firewall warning, click [Allow], [Permit], or [Yes] (the exact wording may vary).
If you are using Internet Explorer:
- Wait for a yellow bar to appear at the bottom of your screen, with a message "Do you want to run or save TeamViewerQS..."
- Click [Run].
- If you see a "...publisher could not be verified" message, click [Run] again.
- If you see a security/firewall warning, click [Allow], [Permit], or [Yes] (the exact wording may vary).
If you are using Mozilla Firefox:
- When a messageChoose Save to Disk and click [Save File].
- An "Enter name of file to save to..." window will appear. Click the Desktop icon on the left, then click [Save].
- If a "Downloads" window does not appear, click the "Tools" menu (between "Bookmarks" and "Help"), then click "Downloads" (the second option).
- In the Downloads window, double-click RemoteAssistance-Windows.exe.
- If you see an "Open executable file?" prompt, click [Open].
- If you see a security/firewall warning, click [Allow], [Permit], or [Yes] (the exact wording may vary).
